Salesperson's salary: Sales bonus or performance bonus, based on individual performance or sales revenue,
Employee salary: The guaranteed minimum salary for the previous month is 4000 yuan. Overtime on weekdays is paid at 1.5 times the salary (6.9 yuan/hour), overtime on Saturdays and Sundays is paid at 2 times the salary (9.2 yuan/hour), and statutory holidays are paid at 3 times the salary (13.8 yuan/hour).
